   I reached out to Jay for a builders clean at the end of my project. He was so accommodating and really helped fit me in last minute as we were on a tight deadline to complete everything. The house was dusty as you can imagine after any renovation project but Jay and his team were so good at making it look brand new. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned to a high spec and Jay was really thorough. At the end of the clean he walked me through the house to make sure I am also happy with everything. I highly recommend Jay and his team and I will continue calling him in the future.

   I contacted Jay at Smogit cleaning services for an intense deep clean to my fathers property. Due to old age and Ill health the flat was heavily neglected and in a very sorry state. Jay was very helpful and spent time and attention listening to my requirements. He was very honest and supportive and went above and beyond to ensure that I was at ease. The cleaners arrived promptly and fully equipped with all the relevant cleaning items. They worked tirelessly and did a sterling job! Even though the job took longer than initially anticipated Jay made sure the job was done to an impeccable standard before leaving. I was really impressed by the quality of work and attention to detail and not to mention the great customer service I received from Jay.    We had a deep clean. Turned up on time, did exactly what they said they would. The manager was with the ladies at all times supervising and also checking over work done. It felt safe and I did not mind popping out whilst the work was done. It wasn’t “cheap” but I don’t think over priced either considering the work done and the time for 3 people (in our case) . Definitely something I would look to have done once or twice a year if I could. Professional, good communication trustworthy and do as they said they would. Very happy thank you.
