J & J Cleaning provides a weekly cleaner for me who is reliable and does a great job. I have used the company for over 8 years and when a cleaner stopped work, or was on holiday a replacement was promptly found. A highly recommended company.
I have used J and J Cleaning for a number of years now and James has provided me with 2 of the best cleaners I have ever had. He also makes sure you always have holiday cover and it is great to be able to rely on this. I would definately recommend J and J, as they take all the hard work of finding someone good, honest and releiable away from you and they always make sure you are covered.

Read the contract, you have to agree to pay them for three months' and only then can you give them written notice, which is a 28 day notice, on top of the three months. The owner of the business spoke to me on the the phone about taking out a standing order, how I found the cleaner etc. but he never verbally mentioned this. When I read it, I said I could not agree to this contract and he then sent me another one which said that I could give 28 days written notice (which is what I was happy with) at the next monthly payment date. Effectively, if I wanted to stop the cleaning the day after the standing order payment, I could be tied with them for nearly two months.
Excellent company. Always very courteous. I've been a happy customer for years. My regular cleaner is now like a family member. Highly recommend.
After struggling to find cleaners who were both reliable and of high enough quality, we found J & J Cleaning and never looked back. We have used them for many years, and would recommend them. Our regular cleaner Ragika is especially amazing, but anyone who has had to stand in for her has also been very good.
