So far we are very happy with the service from the team. They have found us a good cleaner and have supported us in making sure we are happy with the fit. The customer service seems fantastic.
Time for You will find you a cleaner and also send a replacement if for any reason the original cleaner cannot attend. They are keen to make sure that you and your cleaner are a good fit, so there are no limits as to how many cleaners you can try until you find the right one. I have found them to be very helpful and professional.
I have been using Time For You for the last 2.5 years and have found them to be excellent. The cleaners that they have allocated have been brilliant as are their routine check-ins to see how things are going and/or to arrange holiday cover. I was so impressed that I later arranged another cleaner (Kinga) for my elderly father's home. Kinga is a really lovely person... hard-working, pro-active, responsive/communicative (if we ever need to WhatsApp to adjust the time one week etc). We're so grateful for Kinga's help each week. Highly recommend.

I've been using Time for You for a few months now, getting a fortnightly clean. Our regular cleaner, Simona, is friendly, efficient and thorough. As a bonus, she's also lovely to our cats - they now come to the door to greet her when she arrives! The team at TFY are communicative and regularly check-in to make sure we are happy with the service. When Simona is unable to attend, they always find someone to cover for her - and phone afterwards to ensure the clean went well. The prices are fair and not having to worry about cleaning the house after a long work week 100% makes it worth every penny.
The office have always been polite and helpful, our current cleaner is reliable and does a great job every week. Would recommend.

We have been using Time for You for a couple of years now, and have had our current cleaner for 18 months. When the first cleaner moved away, we were swiftly matched with someone new, and when we provided some feedback about that particular person, TFY were very swift to respond and replace. Our current cleaner is communicative, professional and reliable. If she can't make a session TFY could provide a replacement which gives us peace of mind!
