   I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from this wonderful family business. I thought my carpet was beyond help but couldn’t afford a new one and they did such an amazing work and it now looks good as new!    Truly the best! I recommend this lovely family run business to everyone! Jo, Steve and Charlie have always looked after us and provided amazing service, from responding and booking me in promptly to bringing my carpets back to pristine condition. Both Steve and Charlie are SO knowledgable and talk you through your cleaning service every step of the way. Charlie visited us yesterday to do our stairs, landing and front room. He has done a sterling job! We can’t wait to get the Christmas decorations up today! Thank you again ❤️

   Great service received, carpets look great. I love that this is a 4th generation business and it shows in the service received, which feels personable. Price is very reasonable and competitive. Charlie was very knowledgeable and explained all aspects about the clean prior to commencing. This is the second time I have used PM Carpet Cleaning and can’t recommend them enough and would encourage everyone to support these local companies.

   I’ve just used PM Carpet Cleaning. The quote was competitive, and they did an excellent job! Before they arrived they texted me to reminded me of the appointment and sent me advice on how to prepare the rooms, which was useful. Charlie, son of the owner, turned up on time and was a lovely guy to deal with. He took a real pride in his work, and the carpets now look like new! So Charlie did a great job! Thanks!
