Opportunity to use other services if you so wish. Nice and easy with automated payments and invoice received same day as service performed. Window cleaners are always friendly and do a good job. Would recommend.

   The quality of cleaning was quite poor (the staff member spent less than 10 minutes on site) - many clearly visible streaks left on the windows, smudges that were present beforehand still not cleaned, frames and sills left dirty with cobwebs and dust. I contacted the company within 24 hours to attempt to have this corrected, but the reply stated that I need a "traditional window cleaner for a really nice polished clean" and left me to find another window cleaner, without wanting to know what the problems were. The company did not honour (or offer) what is stated in the T&Cs on their website, which is to return the next working day for a reclean.
