   £78 to be in my house for 3 minutes after arriving 30 mins late to be told there's nothing can be done. Ridiculous. So you've replied with a lie. I was "guaranteed an engineer between 1 and 1:30", ask whoever answered the phone. Your engineer arrived more than 30 minutes after your guaranteed time. After 30 minutes I called and said the same and if it were going to take any longer please cancel the appointment. Your engineer stated he would arrive in 4 minutes, and fair play, he did. He was in the house for less than 5 minutes and presented a card machine asking.me for 78 quid. My advice, 1) Don't lie. Either about appointment times or anything else on public media. 2) Rethink your pricing structure. 3) Don't lie. I know thats the same as point 1, but it's such a major one and because you think it's OK, I thought I'd say it twice. Ps. I won't be asking you to fix anything else anytime soon. All the best

   I tried to contact this company as they are local to my parents when an appliance needed fixing. They didn't answer the phone, I left a message and never got a call back, had to use an out of area engineer from Tavistock in the end!
