We used Ivybridge Bathroom and Kitchens to supply 4 bathrooms and one kitchen and they were absolutely superb from start to finish. We've recently finished a new build and have therefore dealt with many different trades over the past couple of years and the level of customer service from Lauren and Allan was, without doubt, the best of the lot. Very patient with us when we made the various tweaks to our plans. Excellent communication throughout. All hand delivered by Allan and anything that wasn't in perfect condition was promptly changed without any fuss. We have twice used Ivybridge Bathrooms & Kitchens: once for a complete new bathroom, once to replace a shower area in an existing bathroom. In both cases, excellent, patient advice was given by Lauren about materials and design. The installation by Alan, Paul and Connor was done very expertly and the end result was perfect. I could not recommend them more highly from every point of view.

I Had the most pleasant experience with ivybridge Bathrooms and kitchens from planning stage to finish. I received so much expert help in planning my bathroom I started from scratch, all new and best quality, The work team was excellent and lovely to have around. Alan and Lauren were really wonderful and patient with us while we were choosing our design and fittings and helped enormously with their expert knowledge of what works best. Paul and Connor (plumbers/fitters) were lovely and very professional (and very quick!). Our bathroom was not straightforward to fit due to being a small space in a very old house. Having Alan oversee and project manage was hugely helpful. We are very pleased with the end result. Thank you!
We had a new shower room fitted in October. From start to finish Ivybridge K&B were superb. Carla, Paul, Conner and the team were very professional. There was minimum disruption and kept clean and tidy all the way through the ripping out and fitting process. Needless to say we are delighted with our new shower room and have received a great deal of "Oh wow" from friends and family. Without doubt I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
