After a number of weeks of availing of KTS services we have decided to cease our arrangement with them. Their standards are poor, very slap and dash job. We discussed with Ela what we needed and expressed where we weren't satisfied previously but no improvement was seen. They may be cheaper than an agency but given the low standards it's really just a waste of money. Disappointed.
