   Shocking service so rude to customers never use again has no customers service at all.... .......Noooooo you told me £18 but you said that you would get back to me which apparently you phone but there wasn't a reply. I didn't offer you when I came into you told me it was £45 which I wasn't happy to pay because you had already said £18 so don't try to twist this review blaming me you knew what you were doing and saying I won't be fould.i then said to you I'm not paying £45 il pay ,£18 as was quoted Your still very rude

   Used this service to support small local companies. Left two pairs of trousers to be altered. They were due for collection after a week. Went back to collect them a week and a day later at their stated opening time 8:30. They weren’t open. Went back an hour later they were open, gave no excuse for not being open at 8:30 & my items weren’t there for collection. Was promised they would have them there by 4pm that day. Went back at 4pm, they weren’t. Good job I had a spare suit for the event I was going to that evening, which I told them I needed one of the pairs of trousers for. Given a half hearted apology & charged full price. Offered a discount on my “next visit”, there won’t be a “next visit”.

   We have used this dry cleaners for the best part of 20 years! Never ever had a problem. In fact they even phoned me to tell me there was damage to a jacket did I want to go ahead. Totally our fault .. I hadn't been told about the damage before handing the garments in! Great staff, great service
