Monika, who manages the cleaners, is so efficiently responsive when I need last minute cleaning, sometimes she even accommodates me when I’m asking for a cleaner the night before! She always sends me the best of her cleaners, I’m always very happy with the results. Worth every penny!

   Monica’s team is truly a reliable and trustworthy one. She is kind and professional with her dealings always. My cleaner Jowita does an amazing job every single time she comes and doesn’t even bother me once as she knows where everything is around the house. That’s the best part I would say is the trust factor between us and to be able to do other things knowing you’re in good hands. Truly satisfied as a customer.

   I've used Crystal Dust for 11 years now, and couldn't be happier. I use their services for my house cleaning, and am always impressed by the level of professionalism when speaking to the agent to make any necessary changes to the weekly cleaning. I have a lovely cleaner who comes regularly, and she is incredible- it would take me twice as long to do what she achieves. I also feel comfortable with her in my home, and this level of confidence/ trust is not easy to come by.

   I've been using this cleaning company for around 10 years, since they started up their business. They have been nothing but faultless. They have sent cleaners to me to both my houses, (I even took them with me when I moved) I have a regular cleaner from them Monika and when she is away they send me a replacement. They are always on time when they say, great communication, always message me to make sure I'm happy with the time for the cleaner to come in the week. Always do a great job, I'm always happy after they have been in, I've never had any problems and they are always trustworthy and reliable. I would 100% recommend this cleaning company.
