   I was looking for some specialist shoes for driving my Mazda MX5 which were lightweight enough, with thinner soles. The entry level Sparco Slalom Racing Shoes from GSM Performance fit the bill. Having placed the order on line I was kept fully informed via email & text on the progress of the order and its delivery. They are UK based in Nottingham which gave me more confidence that the order would be delivered effectively & the quality would be as advertised.    Was after some recaro pole positions , multiple company's advertising they had them in stock but after being on phone to them they were all back ordered. Was going to give up on my search until I thought I'd give gsm a ring. Unfortunately I couldn't get hold of them over the phone due to garreth annual holiday so thought I'd pop them a email in hopes of getting a fast reply about stock levels. Next morning I had a reply from Garreth advising me he had 2 on the shelf ready to go , so popped down to the shop where I met a nice staff member who showed me the seats and assisted me with the correct rails for my car checking the stock room for different branded ones but in the end settled with the pcl ones. Thank you guys for a pleasant service and appreciate Garreth replying to me whilst on holiday. Also to the two lads that were manning the shop for your help and assistance with carrying the stuff over to my van Will definitely use/recommend you guys in the future Many thanks Cam

   Emailed in enquiring about the fitment and brackets I would need to change the front seat on my car, received not only help on the subject but also a recommended seat and a bracket to match.    I was shopping for my first pair of racing boots. I wasn't sure what size I needed, so I emailed Gareth and he advised me which size I would needed and helped me to decide which boots would be best for me. With all of the postal strikes happening at the time of order, and the run up to Christmas, Gareth said that the boots would take 14-20 days to arrive. they were delivered in 2 days, even though they were ordered relatively late at night. Excellent service from Gareth and brilliant boots. Would definitely use GSM again for all my motoring needs.

   I heard about GSM from a work colleague who couldn’t stop singing their praises, safe to say I can see why! I corresponded with Garreth via email and honestly I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service, bearing in mind this was all over half term too! If you’re in need of anything to do with car safety i,e, seats, harness’, ppe, etc, I highly recommend GSM as they really do deserve the custom.

   Excellent service from start to finish. Could not recommend highly enough! My husband was looking for a different seat to fit to his Next Level Racing F-GT rig. Had been looking for ages to find a seat with the right dimensions and fittings that he could get without too much manipulation as all the forums and reviews he read said people had to self build something to fit if wanting to replace the seat. The seat we bought looks amazing! and without any other adjustments or manipulation it fits straight onto the Next Level Racing rig which is worth its weight in gold!

   100% Recommend Garreth and GSM Performance overall. I turned up a week early (my mistake) and Garreth was happy to help and have me in to look even though the shop is appointment only. He talked me through all the requirements and leeway I needed to fit perfectly into a seat that was perfect for the vehicle and what I will be using it for. Very fair prices and had my seat on the same day. Great helpful service and the only place I would recommend if you are looking to find a perfectly tailored seat for your needs!

   The team will sort you out with the best seat for you and you car. A visit is well worth it for choosing a seat, surprisingly came away with a seat I had not considered online and some that I previously thought would be ok when compared were a much worse fit for me. GSM are cheaper than their rivals, and with the help I got in store and the large choice of seats available I actually spent less than I thought and the seat is an amazing fit. I have bought several seats from them and the service is highly recommended. Like everywhere check the stock though as every trader is struggling with supplies at this challenging time.
