   AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. 0 stars out of 5 DIRTY / UN-HYGENIC / DAMAGE PROPERTY / REQUIRES ME TO FIND A NEW CLEANER Beyond appalling - their staff rushed through our property failing to do an acceptable job of deep cleaning that we paid for. They left the place dirty and left our curtain rails damaged and curtains on the floor. They left large amounts of soapy cleaning product in the carpet, food and dirt all over parts of the kitchen and large areas of our bathroom remained dirty. - DO NOT USE THEM FOR CARPET CLEANING they do not have the industrial equipment to do a professional job, just a small back of the car device. If you want a good job seek a proper carpet cleaning professional. I complained and they said they could only offer a re clean with the same people that had already done a terrible job, i had to leave work and baby sit them in the property as they "re cleaned" Re-cleaning to them is taking a wet cloth and just wiping surfaces...they continued to do a bad job to the point where i had to re clean all of the surfaces personally. I sent their head office pictures post their "re-clean" to show the dirt i had cleaned off basic kitchen cupboards and kitchen tiles. Their management avoid any conversation with you and leave their poor admin Maria to have to deal with the problem. They are unwilling to offer any form of refund for the service....YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. Given I have had to re clean and they have damaged my property I have not received the service I asked for - they are hiding behind "we sent them to re-clean you should have made them clean again" as an excuse. I have requested a refund for their service and their management are currently refusing to give one.

   Really happy to recommend this company, their customer service especially is excellent. We hired them with very little notice for a pre tenancy clean, they were extremely helpful and accommodating, the job was professionally done and the tenants were happy. 5 stars.

   Really great experience with Cleaningsure! I used them for my end-of-tenancy clean and the cleaning was so thorough and amazing that I don't think my apartment has ever been this clean. It was easy to book and pay for, and the cleaner arrived exactly on time and did an amazing job. will definitely use the service again, thank you!

   We hired an end of tenancy clean for a small one bed property at the price of £185. Whilst the team on the phone were very nice and professional the cleaning team did a pretty rubbish job. Lots of clearly accessible places, like the kitchen counters, walkway and utility cupboard were left uncleaned and there was still food in the sink drain. Having received many move-out cleans, this was by far the worst and definitely not the cheapest. The business policy is to provide a re-clean if you are unsatisfied but of course with move-out cleans, this is not always possible. In this case, I asked - rather fairly - if i could have some discount off the price (as much as would cost for a re-cleaning service) as a gesture of goodwill for having to clean the property for an extra two hours after the cleaning team had left. Of course this was not possible and I was sent images of the well cleaned property by the team. Funnily enough, none of the badly cleaned area's were imaged by the team. If you are having an end of tenancy clean I would NOT recommend using this service.
