Overall very happy with the results of our End of Tenancy clean. I changed the date of our clean and Miglena went to great lengths to accommodate our needs. Communication was excellent. On the day we had one cleaner do the work and a second cleaner arrived towards the end of the job to double check we were happy with everything and help complete the work in time: 4-5hrs for a one bed flat. We had some very delicate Grade 2 listed stained glass windows to clean and they were done to an excellent standard. Our oven was also in very bad condition and looked almost new by the end. Very impressed overall and worth every penny.
