    Not been using Procare for long at my gym, but the cleaning services so far have been great. The set-up was super quick and easy, from first contact I had a cleaner in within a week and the customer care has been great too checking that everything is okay. Highly recommend!

    Extremely poor service! Worse cleaning company ever.They will tie you into a contract saying they will charge you a fixed amount on a monthly basis and spend as much time as needed to ensure that the practice is clean. Which sounds nice but in reality once you have signed the contract they will spend minimum time possible providing poor quality cleaning and most of the time do not turn up for the cleaning sessions as promised! We have raised our concern several times providing evidence and pictures but every time dismissed and still expect you to pay the monthly charge despite not providing the service promised.

    We have our offices cleaned weekly and have been using Procare for a few years now. They are competitively priced and provide an excellent service. Communication is very good, if for example the cleaner cannot make a week they let you know in good time and reschedule to when it is convenient for us. They are also very proactive and check in with you every 3 months to make sure you are happy with everything. I would highly recommend them.

    Excellent cleaning Management company! After many previous disappointments with other different companies, I am very happy we have found Procare. They have provided us with an excellent cleaner who is very reliable and does a wonderful job. The clinic is every morning smelling fresh and nicely clean. The management is very kind and helpful and quick to answer any sort of issues it may appear. We are very satisfied with the excellent service Procare has been providing us! Would defiantly recommend their services!

    If I could put zero stars I would, if you want exceptionally poor-quality cleaning then this is the right place for you. Our first clean by a supervisor was great, but then all subsequent cleans have been terrible, if we didn't see them arrive in the evening, we wouldn't know that they have been. We have a clean twice a week, and each morning our own staff are having to clean areas of the practice again, so that our patients are not disgusted. We have complained multiple times about the lack of service encouraging a supervisor to come the morning after a clean to inspect how little they are doing; not wiping down surfaces; not hoovering behind bins, where the dirt collects, or going around the skirting; simple things that you would do in your own home let alone a professional clean of a dental practice. We have asked for a new cleaner on multiple occasions and have been assured by the supervisor that they will sort the situation out, however, they have not. Each week we see the same cleaner, who is a lovely lady, but is not fit for professional cleaning. Furthermore, the Customer Service has been appalling, they have not listened to our complaints and made appropriate changes. They have been extremely rude and patronizing on the phone, not helping the situation, or making us want to stay with the company at all. We have given them multiple chances to make amends, but they have not taken our complaints seriously. This Company should not be trading.

    Confidental Clinic (dental practice) I have already contacted your office but as mentioned below this has not improved the service.... Terrible service! Cleaning is non existing, office keeps asking if we are happy but not implementing any changes.... Avoid them!

    Procare Cleaning are expert in cleaning in healthcare services. They follow all Infection Prevention Control and NHS Cleanliness guidelines. They provide reliable staff who are respectful of patients and who are DBS-checked. We've been working with them for 2 years and in that time we have been rated 'Good' by CQC who remarked that there are 'no issues with Infection Control' at our service.
