Carl was so friendly and helpful from the start. He did a really detailed on-site check and explained everything clearly. On the day, he and his team turned up on time and just got on with it. They cleaned our roof beautifully — it honestly looks brand new

Carl did an amazing job cleaning our roof. He was really thorough and took so much care with everything — he ended up removing over half a tonne of moss! He also treated the roof afterwards to help keep it protected, and cleaned out our gutters and fascias, which we really appreciated. What really stood out was how informative and courteous he was throughout, as well as being really thorough and cleaning up all residue afterwards. The drive, patios, and even the windows were spotless when he finished. It’s great to come across someone who takes real pride in their work. We’re absolutely chuffed with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carl to anyone looking for a proper roof clean.

The service and professionalism from 19PFM has been spectacular from start to finish. First id like to thank Carl and the team for restoring our roof to an unparralled finished. After moving into the house and having problems with moss falling into the gutters I needed someone to come and give the roof a thorough clean. I contacted a few companies but Kirsty was by far the most helpful and friendliest and went out of her way to accommodate a date that suited me. Carl arrived promptly and did a very professional and thorough job and I can't thank them enough. I would definitely use them again but the work was so good I probably won't need to! The bonus of a driveway and gutter clean was the icing on the cake to a great job!

I dealt with Carl and Caron initially. Both of them were fantastic and responsive. They were always answering questions and were very helpful. The guys who came over were efficient and good at their job. When I provided feedback they came back and sorted it out straightaway. Really pleasant to deal with and value for money. Wow! What a team. Had our roof cleaned by 19PFM. I cannot believe the professional service we received.
