These guys did a great job. They dealt with a very dirty flat, up four flights of stairs and left it sparkling. They were polite and respectful. Would recommend.
Paid £320 for a deep clean, 3 people arrived and spent 2 and a half hours here, they arrived at short notice and communication was good ,they were friendly. I thought it was expensive but expected the deep clean to involve cleaning behind cupboards etc which I had asked for as I couldn't manage myself. Overall the job was ok, but not up to the standard of a deep clean, which I was expecting. Cupboards and chest of draws hadn't been cleaned behind. The kitchen was only half cleaned. Didn't clean the cooker, sink or work serfices. They did a good job of the conservatory. I wouldn't use again this company again as this service didn't reach my expectations reflecting the price. Ide looked at online reviews before hand, which were good so I was expecting a better clean and a more reasonable price.
I recently hired this carpet and cleaning company, and I’m extremely happy with their service. They were very friendly and had excellent communication skills, explaining everything in great detail. They arrived exactly on time and delivered outstanding quality work. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend them.
I was really disappointed with the quality of this clean, especially given the cost (quoted ~£280 for 6-7 manhours, which means over £40/hour per cleaner)! For what amounted to around 6–7 man-hours, I expected a much higher standard of service. There was visible mould left completely untouched and noticeable dust still present throughout the property after the cleaners had left. These are basic things that should be addressed during a professional clean. There were also no added touches or signs of extra care - just a very standard clean that didn’t reflect the price. To make matters worse, the clean had to be rescheduled twice (after the scheduled time had already passed by), and no consideration was given for the inconvenience caused. Overall, I wouldn’t use this service again based on the experience I had. Poor attention to detail and extremely underwhelming results for the price paid.
I recently hired this company for a deep cleaning service, but the experience was extremely disappointing and did not match what was promised. Only one cleaner arrived and spent nearly five hours doing what looked like a basic, general cleaning. Many areas in the house were either only lightly cleaned or not cleaned at all—including the bathroom, oven, and dishwasher, which still had visible stains and marks. The owner arrived only in the end with another person to do the carpet cleaning, which was done well. However, the rest of the work was not up to the standard of a deep clean. The cleaners were not professionally trained, and they did not use proper cleaning tools or products. When I raised these concerns, the owner was rude and even started yelling at us, rather than handling the situation professionally. He kept pointing us to their online reviews, which now seem misleading considering the poor service we received. We were originally charged £240. After a long discussion, we were asked to pay £200 instead—but I still had to hire another company to properly do the job. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable deep cleaning service.
We have been using your services for the past three years and we have been nothing but delighted with the results. The cleaners are always very thorough and leave the house looking spotless.
