I had completed shopping at Lidle in Netherfield and car would not start. Contacted ASAP who came to my rescue within half an hour. Unfortunately I needed a new battery and owner very kindly went home to collect correct model and was fitted within 30 mins. Service was exceptional and I cannot praise this company too highly. Well done.
Service is impressive, quick response and very polite. Unfortunately they seem to supply low budget grade batteries at premium prices and above. Supplied me with a Starline battery which would normally cost below £100 and charged me £239 plus £35 call out. When the battery kept running down they told me that I had a fault with the auto stop/start system (another £35 call out). After 5 months the battery failed completely and I called the AA who got me a new Bosch battery (premium auto stop/start compliant) for £235. Since this battery was fitted the auto stop/start works perfectly. So, in essence, to get my car battery sorted it has cost me £474 plus £70 in call outs totalling £544. I know from reading previous reviews that these people will never refund for erroneous battery supply so I am left with a cheap battery, surplus to my requirements and the certain knowledge never to use this supplier again. Now they have responded saying they don't deal with Starline batteries but the photos I have uploaded clearly show a Starline battery of a specification that is not correct for auto stop/start. This is the one that Persi Angelov supplied and fitted which totally failed after 5 months. I understand Persi either works for ASAP or is the business owner. As the original call out was on a Sunday and they can't find any transaction details, perhaps he was moonlighting with cheap batteries and charging premium rates for them. I still have his details for the payment which are in his name, not the business. Something not right here but I still have the cheap battery in my garage, I know ASAP will not refund anything for this misdemeanor, maybe I'll find a use for it someday.
Wonderful service today and I was so very lucky he was very close by to my home. Knowledgeable and explained the difference between the awful battery that let me down and the quality one he fitted. I know it was quality too as I had researched it online before calling him. Very friendly and super honest. Great price for both supply and fitting. Super fast and speedy service. Would highly recommend.
battery was completely dead, rang and got a quote and was here within an hour. Replaced my battery with the proper manufacturer battery and car was working again within 10 minutes! Super friendly and fast service - really happy I went with this company :) Thank you again!
Great service, price confirmed by phone and turned up within the hour (a 40 min drive from Carlton) in the pouring rain to replace a very large Range Rover battery. Provided an excellent and friendly service and would highly recommend the service to anyone.
