   Was a little sceptical at first as they were offering High Spec reconditioned Laptops at a fraction of the new cost, but I did my research and placed an order for a high spec laptop. I have to say I couldn't be happier! Delivered in days and it’s a great Laptop and a fantastic upgrade from my old one. It also looks good with the vinyl wrap to protect it and everything is working as it should and it was set up perfectly for me. I added a 3-year warranty for peace of mind for less than a cheap night out on the booze! Would highly recommend as they offer a first class service from ease of choosing my specification, to ordering to delivery. A+++++++

   I cannot recommend Gadget Centre. They advertise as 3-7 working days but in my case and I know others the laptop was not shipped until the 20th working day. I was slightly surprised by the size of the screen of the laptop but it will suffice. I fed back about the state of the charger itself but although ticketed did not get a response. I had also ordered a rechargeable mouse but that did not arrive for an other week.. I could quite conveniently ordered one overnight from elsewhere. They did not offer a credit option instead. Phone line was not available at least from when I placed my order in mid-November and general reply to emails was poor. I am sorry but will not be using Gadget Centre again.

   Needed a new laptop and even during the sales a decent spec is pretty costly. Im a sceptic by nature and this deal seemed way too good. So glad I took the risk. A custom built laptop at high spec for an amazing price. OK it took 3 weeks to get to me but well worth the wait. Totally happy with what I've got and great service too.

   Slow delivery, great value product I ordered a gaming laptop from The Gadget Centre on 6th October and was invoiced on that date with the expectation set by them that delivery would be in 3-7 days. I followed up after 3 weeks of hearing nothing, threatening to cancel my credit card payment. I received both an automated and, 4 minutes later, a personalised reply from them, but no specific date for delivery. I followed up a few days later and was told it would be a few days. The laptop did arrive about a month after I paid for it. The machine and peripherals (Mouse and USB extender) are working well and so far meets almost all of my expectations. They also sent a follow up mail with information about the 3 yr warranty that I had purchased for the machine and soliciting reviews on their performance. I was really worried that their offer was too good to be true, but with patience and good customer service from them in response to my concerns everything has turned out ok. It would be great if The Gadget Centre sent out information about expected delivery dates on invoicing, if they know that their delay in fulfilling an order is going to be as long as it was in my case. Further their phone customer service line has been discontinued, further raising suspicions that they might be scammers. They are not scammers, but I was really worried. Hold on, they do deliver.

   Regarding my 1st ever experience with this company, I can honestly say they come highly recommended. I'm not very IT literate & relied on these guys, along with a good friend to keep me on the right track. Their communication from the on-start was excellent, with regular updates. My laptop arrived safely & securely packaged by courier as promised. It is now set up & running & I'm re-educating myself on its layouts & capabilities. Super happy so far & have additional piece of mind with the extended warranty, should it be needed. A big thank you to all the guys at Gadget Centre for a job well done, keep up the good work - it's been a pleasure doing business with you on this occasion. Here's to future opportunities :)

   Had to wait for my laptop for two 2 weeks from the point of order to Delivery. However, it arrived today, and I unboxed the package and started up the laptop. 15.6" screen, 1tb ssd memory, 16gb ram, and lots more at a ridiculously low price . Also, it's an HP in very good condition, started up in seconds, and looks brilliant. However, on the downside, the battery drops charge like a brick , on the plus side, the new battery only costs around £15/20 eBay. I would definitely recommend this place for a laptop. Carl

   I Never thought that you could get a computer built with top spec for less than £425 with a 3year warranty. The whole process from start to finish was extremely fast and very easy to order. I must say that I searched on the big companies sites but to be honest the Gadget Centre blew them out of the water. When delivered the computer looked brand new with not a mark on it. The Spec I ordered has performed exceptionally well. It is extremely fast and from what i have experienced so far I can't wait to put it to work. This is a small company but it is taking on the big boys and in my opinion winning. I give them top marks and would recommend them.

   Excellent company, superb product, very good packaging and fast delivery, what more could you want..? To be honest I was a bit dubious because a top spec laptop for about £400 sounded to good to be true but they were true to their word. I received an excellent laptop to my own high spec, fully loaded and ready to go. And yes, the boot up time really is five seconds....!! Highly recommended. A*

   Very positive experience of buying a refurbished laptop from the Gadget Centre recently. Helpful advice on the website on what I might need in terms of memory. Ordering was straightforward. Communication from Gadget Centre was clear and prompt and I was kept informed of progress in fulfilling the order. The laptop arrived by courier and was well packaged and protected from knocks. Getting started was easy and so far the laptop has performed exactly as I hoped it would. Going by my experience at all stages of the process I would be happy to take this route again
