We used Gemstone Cleaning for a deep clean of our new house and honestly, they were incredible. Clara and her team spent around 8 hours going through every single nook and cranny, cleaning the carpets, ovens, and everything else you can think of. By the time they finished, the difference was unbelievable – it looked like a completely new house, spotless and fresh. Clara was so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process too. Gemstone cleaning have cleaned our dental clinic for the last 3 years. The staff are always polite and have done a great job over the years.
Very disappointed, can not follow simple instructions when quoting for work. They then proceeded to contact the letting agent as decide post quoting for 3 hours work “their minimum time” that it was an “end of tenancy clean” so they could triple the price. All that was needed was a kitchen clean and blinds dusted. When I suggested other ways for them to fill there time it miraculously became an end of tenancy job!! One to avoid I would suggest.
