Prompt, organised and very helpful service allowing me to get essential car stuff sorted out around my regular schedule. Not all garages are like this, but J&B are one I’ve recommended to anyone that has ever asked and I will continue to do so.

   I'm a long time customer with J & B and am very happy with the service. I left it as bit late with booking in my MOT and Leia managed to move things around so I could get my car done in time.The prices are really competitive and they are really good at contacting you and keeping you informed as to the situation with your car. They are a really nice friendly bunch as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended. :)

   Excellent repair and MOT garage. Took my car in for the first time a few weeks ago (Skoda Fabia 2013). Loved the thorough explanations by Leia on the phone - very polite and precise and just a pleaseure to deal with. The service was done super fast, just under 48 hours including rear brakes, MOT and full service with parts that had to be ordered from the dealer. My car is second hand and wasn't looked after properly by the previous owner (I can now tell). The staff in this garage was very honest and spot on with communication, and I could tell a big diference in how the car felt when I picked it up after the service compared to how it used to feel before.This garage is a keeper.

   Have come back to J and B Autos ( used them regularly about a decade ago before tying up to a big dealer) after not really trusting a local big dealer and their service plan anymore. My experience so far makes me feel like more of a proper customer with access to advice and personal service. Running a car is so expensive these days so feeling confident in a garage is important. J and B have done some pricey repairs in the last year for me but they have provided some excellent service and reassured me. Keep it up! Thanks!

   Taken my car here as recommended by a friend to have an issue i had sorted. I left it whilst I went away on holiday only for days later telling me it needed parts ordering which would be another week after I returned home despite saying i needed car for work. Finally picked up they told me it had been in a test run and was sorted (after adding other things and a whopping £611 later) . After driving about 10 miles the car overheated again and drained the coolant (exactly the same issue i originally took it in for. They said bring it back but we are busy. When i returned it they automatically knew what it was as said it would be another £137 just to look at another issue at this point i said i want my car back. They claim they had done the work i asked and that i would receive no money back. This company is the worst garage i have ever visited and will certainly not be coming back again. To add my partners car needed an oil change and these wanted £137 just for that. We found a place in Nottingham that only charged us £53. These are on the rob big time! This is a genuine complaint. After reading many reviews it seems any bad reviews they either reply saying its a fake review or they change their account to hide any bad reviews. Do not use this garage! This review is 100% genuine!

   I have been going to J & B Autos for the past five years and have had numerous car troubles over the years! I cant fault their service over the time going out of their way to get me back on the roads every single time. I had an engine fault on the way to work and whilst panicking I rang them and they got me in straight away. Great service, reasonable prices and friendly staff who go above and beyond- best garage in the area!

   Having regularly used J and B autos for all my mot/ services, I have always been impressed with their friendliness, helpfulness and customer service. My exhaust started to fall off going to work this week, so in a panic and without an appointment, I popped in to see if the garage could help. Just assuming they could give me advice as it was 8am in the morning! The warm and friendly welcome and calmness from both reception staff was much needed! They both went out of their way to help me, even managed to check my car that morning (when I wasn’t expecting they could), let me know the issue within an hour. Bearing in mind, they were busy with their own pre booked appointments!l, had it sorted by lunch and then, as I was working late and could not collect, volunteered to DRIVE my car HOME so I could use it the next day! This was amazing. I can’t rate these guys highly. Having moved to Beeston, I didn’t know the area well so went by good reviews and am so glad I chose them even though it’s not the nearest garage to me Brilliant company and really appreciate them. Thank you!

   I am suspicious of the bad reviews here. J&B are one of the nicest and best value car shops in Beeston. I have never known them to be anything other than professional, friendly and polite. My mum has used them for years. In all this time, we have never had a bad experience. They even used to come and collect the car because she lives close and has difficulty walking.
