I popped into the shop late Tuesday afternoon as my phone had frozen, I need my phone as I use it for scanning my diabetic sensor. Ollie was a star he literally took seconds to unfreeze it, thank you so much :) would definitely use this shop for any issues

Best phone repair shop in town! Manager Ollie always welcoming, honest and dedicated to giving the best solution. I have two teenagers who can't seem to grasp the importance of phone cases, so knowing this trustworthy phone repair shop is invaluable.

I'm kinda doubting these previous trust pilot reviews are real. I would say to not bother getting a screen replacement, from these guys. Whilst the screen on my iphone was replaced, it caused other issues. Lighting port now doesn't work properly, and also silent toggle switch is messed up. Not worth doing, at all, really.
Massive well done to Ollie. I bought a device in summer but wasn’t happy with it. Eventually decided enough is enough and got in touch with Ollie 4 days before Christmas. Within 24hrs he had a fresh device hand picked and in the post which I recieved on Christmas Eve. His communication was excellent. Very friendly. Totally understanding and honoured the warranty. Couldn’t recommend iOutlet enough if you want a top quality used phone. I will be using them again.
