   I’ve had a really bad experience — I sent a jacket to be cleaned, and they completely ruined it. On top of that, they didn’t take any responsibility for the damage they caused. It’s been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Their communication was terrible, and their excuse was that they weren’t the ones who damaged it, so they wouldn’t take responsibility.

   This guy is totally a Thief! He said last week for a suit the price would be 15£ for same day and this time asks for 25£. And the joke part is he only asking for cash! Make sure you never go there, if you don't wanna get robbed!

   TRY TO AVOID-MY SHIRT GONE MISSING I was using this place quite and often and didn't had any issues, until one day that I brought 6 shirts for cleaning and when I got them back one of them was missing. I immediately informed the owner and he asked me to give him bit of time to find out the shirt and if not he will refund me. 2 weeks after the shirt was still missing and I was getting worried that it went lost. When I told him that the shirt was a gift from my parents and its worth around 100£ he tried to offer me the solution of giving me 100£ credit at his store, however I declined that since I wanted my shirt back. The following months he tried to claim the money from his insurance but didn't work. Long story short, he keep postponing to refund me or buying a new shirt and this situation just keeps going for almost a year. I find it extremely unprofessional to treat your costumers like that and not recognising your fault , but also the fact that he admitted that his insurance wont cover for it so if something happens to your stuff (lost or damaged ,etc) you wont be covered and he is also wont refund you for that. I can also see from the reviews below that people have similar experiences. Try to avoid this place because if something goes wrong with your stuff you will definitely not getting back anything.

   Had to put one star to write this review but if I could they deserve 0 stars. I will never ever leave anything with these people, I would not recommend this place to anyone. They ruined my north face jacket and I’ve never had any issues or problems when I’ve always had it dry cleaned with my local launderette. But this time I decided let me try this place the guy who said he’s the owner assured me he will do a good job of cleaning my jacket as I told him my concerns but he said don’t worry etc. i came today and saw my jacket not even cleaned problem, creased and the fur looked burnt all the things I’ve told him to make sure NOT TO DO! My jacket also looked different and smaller it wasn’t how it was when I left it off. He dismissed me instead of taking accountability, refused to offer compensation for the damages he caused as I’ve paid £350 for this jacket in Madrid, threatens to kick me out the shop because I asked for my receipt back which he lied and try say I didn’t hand him over my receipt which I did clearly how else will he have found my jacket. Disgusting behaviour, he was willing to take things to court instead of listening to his customer when their not happy with the service and clearly ignored the fact they damaged a good Quality jacket. Not happy at all, not once did the person even say sorry. Not a good person, takes advantage of your money. He try charge me £35 for a dry clean when it’s £25 he cares more about the money than good quality service. Regret going there left with a Ruined jacket which was my favourite. Save your money, do NOT go there, go somewhere else 100% don’t take the risk I did not worth it!!!!!

   DO NOT USE Ruined my WEDDING shirt and suit, when brought in 2 weeks before my wedding, then delayed till the night of the wedding and when highlighted the manager says to me 'I am patient just because it is your wedding' and blames it on the fabric when it is a £125 shirt. He then refused to replace or compensate for the shirt and said I can just go to court! What an appalling service and what a rude, abrupt customer care! No wonder it is so cheap because has very poor standards! PLEASE BEWARE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

   The best in city! I don't have words to say how happy I am cause I found them. I would go to other dry cleaners but they just destroyed my clothes. But what impressed me most was the professionalism that he has with me. He didn't take money till he see that the client is satisfied. The same clothes that others couldn't clean them he did it and with the good quality. The colors look fresh and clothes are like I just bought them. All my respect for what they are doing and what strike me is their humanity. They do their job with passion and respect for clients. They put heart in front of money! God bless you!

   Very good experience. They cleaned the stain on my white shirt which wasn't going through by any other dry cleaning shop. Best stain removal chemical they posses. Pristine dry cleaners has an excellent service and deliver your clothes on time. Try it once .
