   I wish there is a zero star I could select. Cleaning service was abysmal, asked for cleaning to our new house before moving in. I was told the cleaning would take 6 hours, and only one cleaner showed up with attitudes because she didn’t use google map to navigate around closed road. She spent 3 hours here and left quickly enough before I could check. Then I found cobwebs, greasy kitchen cupboard doors, stained floor, a house with little trace of “deep cleaning”. The agent asked me to “let go of these tiny details” and I refused, she promised to speak to management to find a solution. Then she disappeared. The matter remains unsolved now. If you need cleaning service go on Taskrabbit or Checkatrade to find someone who can actually clean for you. This is a scammer.

   Sep 19th 2025 5:30 pm Disgusting attitude from your staff. Tailgating, swerving between lanes in congested conditions on the M11 near J12. Cutting multiple people off, including myself with a car full of children. Driver was smoking whilst driving. I've reported this to the police and sent them dashcam footage.

   I’ve had the pleasure of working with Crystal Facilities Management and was really impressed by their professionalism and reliability. Communication was always smooth, and they clearly care about delivering a great service. Efe in particular has been fantastic to work with. He is approachable, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Overall, a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Whilst I've not explicitly witnessed the cleaning first-hand, the enthusiasm radiated from Efe & the team really show that they care about the client & the job. If I had a site myself, I'd know I'd be in good hands! Absolute legends.

The service provided is second to none - there isn't many people you can throw queries at 8pm at night and get a response right away. highly recommended and great company.    Good service, quick and friendly team cleaning the buildings and good service from office team. Snagging process is quite time consuming for us therefore it would better if standards are that high, that snagging wouldn't be necessary. Some rooms required 2-3 visits before the were to standard.
