I’m surprised at how this agency is still in business. Over the last 6 months their cleaners have either been hours late or not shown to the booking for at least half the cleans. This of course with either 5 minutes notice or none at all. On top of that, most of their cleaners just leave early as well, especially if you’re in another room working and won’t notice them sneaking out leaving stuff undone. Lastly, the receptionists are really rude as well and only reply when they have an excuse to avoid accountability or when they want to take out their frustrations for being so (purposely) incompetent on their clients. Not surprised they have very few cleaners if this is their standard behaviour, I’m sure they’re losing clients by the minute too.
