Cristopher and team did a great job on an end of tenancy cleaning. I was pleased with the result, they finished in under 3 hours and the place felt like it was glowing afterwards. I would highly recommend, thanks again Hello Services.
Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Experience Hello Services UK Ltd is not a professional cleaning company, despite what their website claims. They are only a booking service that subcontracts cleaners, with no management, no oversight, and no quality control. This was never disclosed during booking. Their website imagery of uniforms, vans, and “trained, fully equipped professionals” is misleading. We booked a “deep clean” based on their promises of intensive sanitising, eco-friendly products, advanced equipment, and insured, background-checked staff. We were also charged extra for carpet cleaning. Our booking was for 2pm. Nobody arrived. After multiple calls to head office—who could only say they would “try to reach the cleaners”—we finally learned at 4pm that the cleaners had arrived but didn’t know they were meant to clean the carpets. The cleaner then left to fetch equipment and only returned at 5:40pm, by which time we were already moving in. The team that arrived was nothing like what was advertised: no uniforms, no protective equipment, and poor-quality, harsh cleaning products. The cleaning was rushed, rough, and below basic standards. Communication was extremely difficult, and the team did not acknowledge the lateness or lack of preparation. We asked them to return the next day just to finish the carpets. They arrived late again, and the results were so poor that I ended up cleaning the rest myself. Many areas were still dirty or dusty, and I didn’t want their products used throughout my new home. Head office offered no recourse, no refund, no discount, only “sorry.” We are still receiving invoices for their parking costs. No resolution, and I am still cleaning my floors. It’s also concerning that the business is not registered for VAT yet displays confusing VAT-related wording on invoices. Overall: misleading advertising, no professionalism, no support, and an experience I would strongly advise others to avoid.
The service is great. The team are lovely. We think the pictures speak for themselves. I’m looking forward to using them again. Mohamad was really nice man.
I booked the one off deep cleaning service with Hello Services and I’m very satisfied with how it turned out. My shower was full of limescale and after the cleaning it was as good as new, as seen in the before and after pictures. All the faucets and metal surfaces were shining. I also had some of my appliances cleaned including the microwave and oven. The attention to detail was incredible. Every corner of my house was squeaky clean. I will definitely be booking regularly.
They had staffing issues on the day of our clean and spent no more than an hour doing a full end of tenancy cleaning, costing us £257. We then had to call them back on their 7 day re-clean guarantee upon check out inspection as there were some things missed. Up to this point they have been very accommodating. On the day of re-clean they had the keys for 20 minutes which included a 5 minute drive there and 5 back so would have spent 10 minutes doing the re-clean. Unfortunately we could not attend as we had exited the lease. I have since been liaising with the landlord to see what will be deducted and have been advised they want the oven grill redoing. I sent the pictures over to another cleaning company who advised it could be easily cleaned for £50. Hello Services told me that they did clean but it would have caused them to scratch the surfaces if they scrubbed harder. I am not sure an hour in the property cleaning was enough to warrant that they tried hard enough to clean the oven grill. I went back to them today with all my findings and reasoning requesting just a £50 refund to cover what we are having to pay to have redone. I received an email back saying as per their terms and conditions it has now been too long and they "cannot accommodate your concerns"
Really pleased with the service and results. We had a deep clean throughout ( - the photos don’t do it justice), including having the lounge carpet shampooed and oven cleaned. Everything looked immaculate after Konstantin and Mariana had finished. I had my reservations after seeing some negative reviews but our experience was excellent. They worked non-stop and couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. Thank you!
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Took my money for a deep clean and then didn't clean half the items on the agreed list. When I called to complain I was accused of lying (despite providing photos). They then offered a £30 refund from £185 paid, when I declined this and said I wanted a full refund they then told me they have a zero refund policy and so couldn't give me any money back.
Our landlord requested we get our Kitchen appliances professionally cleaned for when we move out. The cleaners arrived half an hour late and were done in half an hour. When I checked it out on the surface everything looked great, but when you looked deeper... it was appalling. The only things that were properly cleaned were the fridge/freezer and the oven extractor fan. When I provided photographic evidence that things weren't cleaned I began cleaning them myself whilst waiting for a reply. They came up with excuses such as; 'it was mostly mold' and 'they couldn't remove the dishwasher filter'. I was in the other room, had they asked I would have shown them how... it's a simple twist and lift. When they got back to me they would only offer to come back and re-clean; which I was already half way through doing myself so this was worthless. When I requested a refund since they only did 25% of the job, they offered me £20-40 refund. I told them to keep their money because honestly, I hope they feel happy about ripping off their clients with the promise of re-cleaning what they should have done in the first place. This wasn't a case of missing a few things... the washing machine wasn't touched, and neither was most of the dishwasher and the oven had marks left in-between the glass sheets of the door so I cleaned this up myself too. (The oven in-fact had already been cleaned so there wasn't much to do with it). This was a horrendous experience and I will never be using this cleaning service again... I hope they can buy better cleaning supplies with my payment so this doesn't happen to anyone else who takes a chance on this service. Thankfully I managed to get all of it up myself between my full-time work.
