   Do not use this company ! Absolute joke! I used this company for a deep clean before I moved into my new apartment. They called me an hour before to tell me the cleaner was going to be 2 hours late. I then got a call back saying he was going to be 3 hours late and he arrived 3 hours and 45 minutes later. He said he needed the money straight away. I paid him and went on with my day thinking nothing of it. He didn’t deep clean at all. There was dirt and dust everywhere and it still smelt from the previous owner. No cupboards, corners or even the fridge and floor was done. I have been going back and forth for a week now and a women I have been speaking to has said they are not able to offer me a refund after the proof I have sent of the absolute state the cleaner left my flat in. To top it all off, when I came back he had left the front door open and he was gone. Do not use this company.

   I am not sure how this company has so many positive reviews. I booked end of tenancy cleaning and carpet cleaning with these guys and faced so many issues. Starting with cleaners being 2 hours late the first day and no one informing me until 15 mins before appointment time. Efrem didn’t care much and wasn’t helpful at all. It was only when I told him I couldn’t wait anymore that he offered to come the next day instead. 2 hours waiting wasted. Second day again no one informed me if cleaners were on time and i found out they were 30-40 mins late after chasing everyone myself and struggling to get through to the right people for a while. When cleaners arrived, they told me they couldn’t do the carpets and called the manager who was supposed to be the guy dealing with the professional carpet clean to ask him to come around. He told them he couldn’t and they just try their best. I returned 3 hours later to find the carpet with a larger stain than previously and them having damaged it by using too much chemicals and not properly (as per attached photo). And the price quoted for this experience was £250. Avoid these guys at all costs!

   We were pleased with the work of their staff member Marcus. He was friendly and efficient and managed to move the furniture largely on his own. Final result was very good given that the carpet hadn't been cleaned for 13 years! Would recommend.
