We visit many Starbucks, the service is always consistent. In this particular branch we had great service from Sai and Adi. These two Gents had great communication and were very friendly. Thank you
The staff were incredibly welcoming. The young woman in the hat greeted me with a big, genuine smile and took my order right away. She seemed ready to jump in and help the moment she saw me, which made the whole experience warm and pleasant. Excellent customer service!
The new menu looks good, tried a few bits today and they are definitely a lot more tasty than the previous season's. Most of the staff are pretty helpful and friendly.
Not great. Other Starbucks I have visited have been far nicer. Food wasn’t heated enough, chocolate muffin didn’t seem very fresh and drinks served in takeaway cups even though sitting in and had to be asked to be changed. My caramel macchiato didn’t look great and tasted very miky. Nice location but would choose a different coffee shop next time.
Many other starbucks and cafes nearby are better. Place is run by and overfowing with, students.

Have been twice both times for an iced coffee only to be given the hot version. The first time was prompty fixed but sadly today I was running late for work so had to just take the hot drink. Coffee was delicious regardless just not what was ordered. Would be willing to give another try. Hopefully third times the charm.
Nip in here once a week-ish for my drink, staff are friendly and service is fast. Lovely interior and I have never had a bad experience. Also the dude with red and blonde hair makes a killer chai!
There's nothing amazing about this place - a Starbucks is a Starbucks - but there's nothinf truly terrible either. My only gripe for this particular location is, no matter what I order, they always manage to get something wrong. I don't have a crazy order or even make any crazy additionals / removals from menu items. I order the item as is most of the time, sometimes I'll ask for no whipped cream or an extra pump of flavour, but they always get something wrong. Still, the store is gorgeous, clean and staff are friendly. The location is also very handy for meeting up with friends before going into the city centre.
