This is my go-to Starbucks. It's really close to my office so I often get coffee there on my way to work and sometimes during the day if I'm having a long one and need a pick me up. It gets really busy in the mornings but the staff work super hard to keep the service efficient and the queues down. They're always really pleasant to interact with and the place is usually very clean and tidy.

It was very quiet as it was close to closing time, but staff were attentive, the restaurant was clean and tidy, service was quick and efficient, but most importantly, the coffee beautiful, thank you, you made waiting on my bus pleasurable.

They did me a nice cup of coffee and were very pleasant to talk to. Will go back. Couple of steps as you go in but has a mini lift if you are less abled.

Flat white was not good and presented poorly. Long wait and zero customer care, coffee just rushed....make sure you ask for a sit in cup as not always guaranteed even when you say 'sit in' A little more effort needed, to go along with the cost.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff are always friendly and helpful. That's over several years. However, the only reason I ever go there is I'm meeting someone and we're looking for somewhere to sit and have a chat. The decor is bland, the layout is spacious but cold and too empty. And the coffee is terrible. I had a latte and it was warm milk. I thought there should be some coffee taste in it. Prices are ridiculous. Couple of sips and just left it. As did my friend with his Americano.

Very little atmosphere when we popped in for a coffee. Coffee just about warm and served in paper cups even though 'real' cups were available. Service quick as it was very quiet

Asked for a dirty chai. Got back to the office and realised they just made a regular chai even though I paid £1.30 extra

Good Starbucks to go to, lovely atmosphere. However we come in a lot of days after work and the singular toilet is always closed. I would advise this is carried out when the store closes as is standard practice in Starbucks.

Light and airy space with plenty of room. Lots of different types of chairs and tables and they are some quieter areas in the back and at the side. Friendly staff. Good range and availability of snacks. Ideal for informal business meetings. Two small steps immediately inside the entrance door but there's a wheelchair lift for those who need it.
