They cleaned the house so well that the agency representative was literally speechless. I received my deposit the next day.    I booked this agency a month before the date for an end of term tenancy clean as I am a wheelchair user and can not manage the clean myself. I paid promptly but on the morning of the clean I was told they wouldn’t be arriving at 10am as agreed but rather at 5pm. Emails flew back and forth with little to no apology. A team were eventually dispatched by this time my husband, myself and my 2 teenage children had started out in the 20 mile journey to the flat. My tenant was particularly messy - which I had no way of knowing but the cleaners stayed for less than 3 hours. I tipped them as they told me everything was fine. The cleaners packed up and were at the door when they asked my husband if everything was ok- he felt he had to say yes. The new tenants moved in and the flat was flithy they sent me pics of flight floors, crumbs in the fridge - just very poor cleaning. When I contacted them for their advertised free second clean if not satisfied surprise surprise it didnt count inmate case. A VERY EXPENSIVE STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE- AVOID THIS DISHONOURABLE COMPANY

Everything was completed to a really high standard with no issues flagged in our final inspection (including the oven cleaning!) The 24hr guarantee was reassuring but we didn’t need to raise anything to be re-done so overall a really efficient service.

   Great communication. Very reasonable rates. Arrived on time (even though I needed a 6am start to be ready for handover with landlord). The house was cleaned in plenty of time to a high standard. Deposit was returned without issue. I would recommend for an end of tenancy clean.

   We ordered a moving in cleaning and overall we are very satisfied with it! Pros: excellent communication and supporting documents, fair price, amazing job on cleaning our old, rusty kitchen and bathroom sink and bath. Cons: they’ve missed our boiler and the mirror. Our boiler was quite hidden, although I showed it to the person who arrived first in our flat, perhaps he didn’t show it to the other person who was also cleaning the flat. I decided to keep it 5 stars because it’s a great little business and hopefully my comment will leave a room for improvement.
