We have been wanting our carpets cleaned for a while, but kept putting it off because they are 18 years old and we wondered if it was going to be worth it! I contacted Marcus via his website and he called me within about 20 mins. He talked me through our requirements in such a friendly and clear way - so I was able to have a proper discussion with absolutely no pressure, or over-promising etc. We fixed a date just a few days later, with Marcus turning up on time (slightly early, which was great!) and we had a chat before he got to work. My expectations were average to be honest, as I know the majority of the carpets were old and he is not performing magic! However, he worked so hard and so thoroughly, he gave it everything and they look fabulous - so much better than I had even hoped for! There was one spot which we had agreed beforehand was probably going to be a tough ask, but Marcus was completely honest and we agreed it was as good as it was going to get! I was able to pay using wireless card pay, so convenient and quick with no faffing. Marcus was extremely professional, very polite, warm, friendly and trustworthy. He worked really hard and never tried to upsell or do anything other than the work we had agreed. Top marks all round and he is now our go-to cleaning guy for carpets, furniture and anything else!
Came to do my cadets, told me yhe would get 90% percent of stains out the carpets as have text messsge proof to show, yet he cam w and one the carpets, stairs landing and bedroom and had him back because I wasn’t happy, then told me he’d done the job second time round, both times I was working away, to one home the second time to the same issue and didn’t even look done, chased me for full payment even though the services wasn’t up to standard! Would not recommend
Great service from initial phone to the end product! Used this company for the first time today. Marcus took my call was friendly and made sure I got the date and time I asked for. Arrived before time which was great for me and was respectful of our home wearing shoe covers. Explained in full how he is going to clean the sofa, got on with it and has done a brilliant job!! The best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. I work in a letting agency so have used a lot of cleaning companies over the years but Marcus is the best. Extremely professional, polite and always does a brilliant job. He also has the best carpet cleaning equipment I have ever seen, very high end service but at a great price. Will continue to use Marcus as I have the last 6 years or so. Very highly recommended.
Marcus done excellent job of cleaning our carpet. He has heavy duty (van mounted powerful) cleaning equipment which does really good cleaning. Carpet dry very quick. He is very polite and was very carful with our belongings. He made sure I was happy before he left the house. I highly recommend him and his work. Thank you Marcus and will use you again.
Brilliant service worth every pound!! My carpets and rugs hadn't been cleaned in a long time and I had visible patches stains and marks. I booked with Marcus and he did a great job. He covers London & Surrey so really flexible for me. The carpets are a million times cleaner and smell so much better. I have hired The Professional Cleaning Company multiple times to clean my carpets and curtains in the past, and they always deliver to an outstanding quality. I'd recently come into possession of a very dirty and dusty leather sofa which I believed was in no state of rejuvenation. The quote seemed reasonable and they arrived the next day which was great! The sofa came out looking almost brand new, and the standard of cleaning was remarkable. Friendly, reasonable and Professional. 5 stars!!!
