   We hired Khai and Kamilla for a deep clean of our home, and are absolutely delighted with the outcome and amazing job! They were both super friendly and simultaneously professional and went above and beyond. They took immense pride in their work, including transforming our oven, carpets and bathroom, and left our home feeling so clean and fresh. Khai was incredibly generous with the services they offered us. As parents with two little ones, their trustworthy, eco friendly and diligent service has meant a lot to us, we highly recommend them.    I am disappointed with the professionalism with eco fresh cleaning company, I initially booked a clean for my dad who is unwell and I asked for a 3 hour clean with oven and fridge. The day before I double checked with the owner who then proceeded to tell me it was an extra charge for oven and fridge (even though I mentioned this requirement before), the owner also said they won’t have any vacuum cleaners for the job, I am very disappointed with this company and I didn’t like the lack of communication and oversight with the booking and I explained I was disappointed in the professionalism of the company, they responded and told me they were disappointed in my unnecessary comments, instead of offering a solution or explaining what the additional quote will be (they did offer free fridge cleaning but again this wasn’t on their website as an additional cost). I find the company snarky in their response and they don’t offer a true customer service experience especially as this is quoted on their site and it seems if you question their communication, they throw it back on you instead. Eco clean needs to work on their communication and professionalism a bit more. Update: I knew the excuses would roll in, you didn’t give an updated quote etc or call back as I requested as this was so late minute as the job was the next day. Your response to my concern was snarky and you followed up with a response telling me this wasn’t snarky but not the response I deemed expectable. Focus on better customer service and communication and you won’t have an issue, this seems to be a regular occurrence, considering the complaint below. Always an excuse with your company!

   I’m so disappointed by the service offered by Eco Fresh Cleaning. I had a regular cleaner called Mariana who was always late and moody even though I’ve been so patient with her, even giving her generous tips from time to time. I know English wasn’t her first language and I tried using google translate to communicate what I wanted her to focus on cleaning wise. I told her over and over again to clean under furniture with legs as dust always built up but it was a problem for her to do it and her altitude was so unpleasant. So glad to be done with their services, I’d recommend to use another company if you’re looking for a reliable, friendly service.

   We hired Khaiyo and his team for a deep cleaning service when we moved into our new property. Khaiyo was very friendly and really went above and beyond on what we expected from him. Despite the hard graft, he had a smile on his face throughout the day and stayed very professional. He cleaned everywhere and left my property spotless.    We booked Khaiyo for a deep clean of our flat before Christmas and he did such a brilliant job that we booked him immediately for a weekly clean. His care and attention to detail is excellent and always leaves the flat sparkling. He really listens to all our requests and his manner is friendly professional & courteous. He is really aligned with our values of using eco friendly and natural products. A total 5 star service, I’m not sure how we managed without him before. Highly recommend!
