   It was a decent surface clean but not the deep clean I had requested or paid for. very little was done on the task list that the company provided me as part of the quote. They said to complete they needed many more hours but I was very clear on the size of the house and that it had personal belongings in as was lived in and wasn't an end of tenancy clean. I have used much better companies in the past.

   We hired Glory Clean to do a full deep clean of a house we had just bought out of probate. Before Glory Clean came to the property I was going on holiday and my younger brother was going to oversee the cleaning. As I was going on holiday I hid away my jewellery. When I got back from holiday a couple of days later my jewellery was all gone (no third parties have been in my house other than Glory Clean and we have cameras that evidence that). I contacted Glory Clean about this who simply stated that their cleaners deny taking it and forwarding me their policy that states if you do not report a theft within 24 hrs to them then it is no longer their problem (no refund offered, no apology that this had happened). Further, the actual cleaning work was simply not good. There are thick layers of dust still on surfaces. I would not count the job they did as a deep clean. Of course, I will not have them back to the property to rectify so I've lost hundreds of pounds on their fee and have had property stolen. As such I can simply not recommend that anyone hire Glory Clean.

   Glory Clean came to clean my terraced house on Saturday 18 December 2021. They sent some cleaners who were over 50 years old to do the work. When the cleaners left, I noticed: • The front door has a lot of dirt marks remaining; • Window sills have not been cleaned; • All the window glasses still have a lot of dust; • Radiators have not been cleaned; • The washbasins of the toilets have a lot of dust and decoration marks; • The toilet bowls of the toilets have a lot of dust; • All the tiles on the walls of the toilets and kitchen still hold a lot of dust; • The staircase bannisters have dirt marks and are dusty; and • Door handles have not been cleaned. I complained about the cleaning service which was done very poorly or not at all. The office responded to say that their cleaners did spend 8 hours which was the number of hours I had paid for. However, what I should have been charged is for 8 hours of competent cleaning work, not 8 hours of poor cleaning. They said I was not entitled to any kind of refund. I would never use their services again and I shall be making a referral to the Consumer Council.

   Absolutely 5 star service. After emergency flooding to our basement they were able to come the next day to clean the troubled carpet. The engineer who came was personable and highly efficient and we were so pleased with the results that we asked them to come back to do our stairs and another larger room a couple of days later. The same engineer came and gave us just the same level of service and was the epitome of excellence. To sum up, a good price for excellent service and we will definitely be making use of Glory Clean again. Thank you!

   Having booked Gloryclean to do an end of tenancy clean, i was hugely disappointed by the results and ended up having to spend over an hour cleaning the hob, floors and doors and skirting board which were dusty and dirty even though the cleaners had been in only a few hours before. When I called to complain I was told that nothing could be done and that I needed to put my complaints in an email and they would respond in 48 hours. I was told that I was not entitled to any sort of refund but they would come back to me with a solution. This was completely unacceptable given my tenants were moving in the next day. At no time did anyone I speak to offer an apology. I would not use or recommend this company to anyone

   We hired Glory Clean to come and clean our small one bedroom flat. The cleaner who came was professional and paid attention to cleaning all the corners and carpeted areas and removed most stains from the carpet. We were happy with their service and would happily recommend them. They completed the task promptly. I don't give 4 stars because after he left, we saw that the non-carpeted area where he had the vacuum had left a big puddle of water - which he did not clean and we had to do that after him.
