   The place has always been great—nice location, and I used to visit often. However, they’ve recently changed the seating area, and the spot where nomadic workers like me used to sit in the back is no longer suitable. They replaced the comfortable chairs and table with low "bedside" tables, which are impossible to work at. All the classic tables are now in the middle of the walkway and right next to the queue, making it difficult to concentrate. Does the manager know that people who come here to work or study might be dealing with sensitive data? They’ve placed tables in spots where prying eyes can easily see everything on your screen. To make matters worse, the tables that are somewhat decent for working are far from the outlets, making it a challenge to keep our devices charged. It’s honestly a series of poor decisions, and I wouldn't be surprised if traffic decreases. If you’re a digital nomad or student, I’d recommend avoiding this place for now. Tim Hortons just next door knows what's what.

   Not only the worst Starbucks I've ever had the misfortune to use, but one of the worst cafes in general. Arrogant, resentful and entitled staff who don't seem to be able to muster small degree of humility needed to serve others - even though they're getting paid for to do it

   Nice and warm inside..lovely chocolate muffin but both the tea and coffee were cold..no apology when I returned them, just a grumpy employee. Floor and furniture could do with a good scrub..

   I do love this Starbucks. Coffee is great. Inside service is great. However the drive through has gotten very slow. The last time I went the girl serving me walked off to do something. My coffee was sitting right there. She didn't come back and another girl came to the window after a few minutes and said what did you order? Looked at the coffee sitting there and handed it to me. The time before that the drive through was hardly moving. There were 4 cars in front of me when I joined and I was 9 mins before I got served. I asked what the hold up was and the girl said a few wrong orders.

   Walked in and staff were in a huddle near the drive through window and not one thought to ask me anything or take an order. Had to ask them as they stood talking. They seemed to be more interested in talking amoung them selves. Order was wrong but couldn't be arsed pointing it out as they probably didn't care, as if they had. If been paying attention they might have gotten right . Place is nice good layout plenty of space and chairs, although floor could be re done.
