   From second I received the lovely warm greeting, Hayley’s service was excellent. She put me at ease immediately and made sure I was comfortable. The treatment was fab, especially with the bonus neck and shoulder massage. All communications prior to the appointment were clear and she is obviously an expert in her field.    Hayley is absolutely amazing. When I had my first consultation she made me feel at ease she’s extremely knowledgable. I have a rare chronic illness and I was scared of starting facial treatments hayley explained everything to me and i had never felt so relaxed.
