   Pendeford Surgery - specifically Dr Nandanavanam's practice GP was one of the worst experiences I came across. Rude, dismissive and didn’t even look at me once while I tried to get help with my health condition. Rudely grabbed papers off my hands without any prior permission from me. I left with no answers or any type of help. For those who have serious health concerns please don’t go to this practice as you might get much worse before getting any type of help. She is a disgrace when it comes to GPs and NHS. You are meant to help people and not make them feel ashamed for asking for help.

   Great GP practice - the staff are very friendly and the doctors were extremely thorough during my appointments. It was easy to get an appointment on the phone. Would highly recommend this practice!

   The doctors are good however the reception is absolutely pathetic. You need to call at 9am however when you try, you can't reach through and after 2 mins somehow all appointments are booked. Furthermore there is one receptionist who shows such a rude attitude, I am surprised she got the position to work as a receptionist with her behaviour.

   Excellent surgery, staff always helpful and considerate. Fairly easy to get an appointment. Doctor is thorough, approachable, caring and involves me in my care. Condition was treated promptly and I recovered quickly. Would definitely recommend.

   Absolutely horrible. If anyone has Dr khawadkar as a doctor. Then as soon as you can. Change doctor. Move as far away from this doctor as possible. She is a horrible worthless and useless doctor who only does this job for money. Her interests do not lye with the patients that need serious help. Her interests only lye with money and when she finishes work. Change doctor as soon as possible. For the sake of your health and your families health.

   This GP Sugery is awful. You can never get an appointment, even in the event of urgency, but not worthy of accident & emergency. You are actually told if you want to be seen you need to go to the local walk in centre or A&E which is totally ridiculous and an utter misuse of emergency services. Reception are of no help what so ever and do not empathise with you & seem to just accept the dyer service they provide. Constantly told to phone at 9am for appointments on the day but then you can never get through and when you do the appointments have all gone. The GP I have occasionally seen is competent and very thorough it's a shame you have to move mountains to get in their.
