   A well earned 5 star. Just moved to the area and needed treatment. Absolutely first class. Response to questions placed via the app within an hour. Didn’t request an appointment today just wanted advice. Appointment found within 2 hours of sending the initial request. Friendly informing and thorough. Could not fault even receptionist who generally have a poor reputation were excellent!

   Excellent service by the surgery. Completed online triage form and was rung within 15 minutes and given an appointment 10 minutes later. Outstanding. First time using the gp surgery and very impressed. Gp was efficient and explained everything.

   When we moved here 27yrs ago we asked our neighbours about Doctors.and Albrighton was recommended.That was the best thing we ever did! They will always put themselves out to help, and there isn't many Doctors that will try to see you the same day.The staff should be proud of themselves.

   Generally dismissive and often felt an inconvenience - not sure they fully understand that as a taxpayer I am entitled to be seen and discuss whatever issues I wish to. A better triaging system when booking may help this rather than making the patient feeling uncomfortable for wanting to ask about things. Also had to wait 25 mins without apology. Must do better Dr Uppal.

   Amazing holistic empathetic care, we are so lucky to have Albrighton as our gp practice. We have had to use them a few times over the past year and everytime we get a call back the same day and a physical review the next day if necessary.    We think Albrighton Medical Practice is excellent. The app for ordering prescriptions, booking appointments and checking tests results works well. Throughout the Covid pandemic my partner and I have been able to have face to face appointments when needed and had routine tests/screening offered on time. All the staff are always amazingly helpful. Prescriptions are dispensed promptly, Drs follow up on any test result where necessary. We really cannot fault them in any way.
