   Came to the clinic on Tuesday 16th, around 1:30pm. Headed to reception as any normal person would and found around 3 women there. The lady at the front desk could clearly see this was my first time there however spoke and treated me like a child. There was also another lady behind, wearing glasses, who wouldn’t stop staring at me as i was speaking. They both made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I was already nervous because of the treatment I was about to undergo and to have older ladies interact with me the way they did was unpleasant and uncalled for. I don’t understand why they are first point of contact if that is how they behave. ANYWAY, a big shout out to Stephanie and Heather who were the midwives during my appointment. They were both lovely and made me feel super comfortable which is more than I can say for some people. They deserve all the recognition for their knowledge and the support they give. I am very thankful.
