   Definitely not recommend their service! I made a booking with them for the end of tenancy cleaning for unfurnished 1 bedroom flat. They were terrible, one of the cleaners even said that "the other one is new, they are sorry" and then left. Spiderwebs on the wall, visible stains on the floor, heavy dusty areas, fridges not cleaned well, limescale all over the bathroom surfaces still intact so on. I chose their service because my agency works with them, even though there are cheaper ones. Yet, not worth the money they take. They offered to return for the omissions, but thankfully my Landlady did not mind it. Still, they did not give the professional service they get paid for. No refund policy, they are just "supposedly" sorry. NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!

   I used Remora cleaning before and the service was great. This time around I am disappointed with the level of service I received. I contacted Remora for the end of tenancy cleaning for a four bed house. They sent two cleaners in the evening to attend the property and carry out the mammoth task. I really felt bad for the cleaners as they stayed in the property until 23:00. The job felt rushed and there were areas missed. I can't blame the cleaners as they did their best given the size of the property and the time. I had to go over some areas myself the next morning to make sure that the property was up to standard.

   You get what you pay for! I was quoted slightly less by another company as well as Remora after being given both names by an estate agent as recommendations. The other company left omissions including dust throughout the property, a newspaper under the bed in the spare room, and streak marks in the bathrooms. I called them, but they refused to return as it had been more than 48 hours since the clean. Our inventory check out was being done the next day, so I called Remora who sent two chaps over that afternoon. It passed checks, and I was able to move out with my deposit fully returned.

   I recently purchased a new house and it had been sat vacant for 6+ months. On completion day, the Remora team came in and provided me with a deep clean which was fantastic. They were on time and got the job done in 3-4 hours (a team of 3!). I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

   Remora was recommended to me by a friend who works at a big estate agent. I was a bit worried about the property because it has been my home for a number of years and I was moving out to rent it out while I leave London, so it has sentimental value. The clean was excellent with a very nice team of two who cracked on immediately. I can see why my friend’s company uses them as an ‘approved contractor’.

   Remora did a site visit at a property I own where someone had been evicted. It was a lot of work, but they broke it down into logical stages, cleaning the rubbish, sanitising the property, making minor repairs, and then the deep clean. Because they coordinated everything so efficiently this was all accomplished in 3 days from the first visit. They’re not just a cleaning company they are professionals and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Edward for your help.
