Booked my appointment on the website which was really easy to navigate. The clinic was very clean and tidy. Results came before 11pm as promised. The staff members that I met are very professional, friendly and extremely reassuring. Would definitely come back again next time i fly out.

Booking made for two fit to fly tests this month, although we did receive them on time as stated, they were not accepted on our holiday. On arrival the tests were declined due to the test being a 'self swap' which is classed as a self test, this was in small writing on the bottom of the test certificate but not advertised on the website. We were then forced to quarantine for 48 hours and until new tests results were received. Contact has been made with no response. Would not recommend if you don't want to quarantine on arrival. Total waste of money.
I want to thank this clinic who saved me a day before my flight to go abroad. Even if the appointments finished at 4pm, they helped me with a pcr fit to fly test at 7pm, when the clinic was closed to be able to get the results the next day, before the flight. Cheap, professional and kind, these are the words to describe the best this centre (Chelmsford in my case).
Went to pharma key twice in the last couple days, customer service is absolutely brilliant! The testing and receiving results process is also seamless. On the first day a family member of ours was over an hour late for their appointment and the guy at Pharma Key waited over his normal time in order to allow for us to get our test done on that day, went above and beyond and will recommend them to everyone going forward!!
The guy who I've dealt with at pharma Key is amazing.. What a lovely guy and the company has helped me get home to see my dying mother. I'm so grateful for their service and how quickly they got my results back.. Thanks so much.. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs to travel fast because off an emergency. I was very happy with the service I received, got the travel certificate in time, unfortunately my flight was cancelled last min. Only thing I can say is the consultant was a bit late for the appointment and had to wait. But other than that I was very happy and hopefully soon I can travel with that cancelled flight I had and I will come back to do my test.
The appointment was easy to book, the testing process itself was efficient and completed within minutes, in a clean environment. The results were recieved well within the 24 hour period, as had been said. The staff is very professional and friendly and offer good customer service. Overall was a great service, would definitely recommend!
The results came back really fast. Me and my mother did the test on Saturday, and on Sunday we already had the results. They were really helpful. Anytime I contacted them they answered immediately to my text messages and e-mails, I am really satisfied with their services. They showed us and explained in every detail the whole process of the test, and they really reassured us about everything. You should choose Pharma-key if you want guaranteed results.
