   WOST DOCTORS EVER Can’t even get through & when you do you’re in a que of 50 by the time you speak to the receptionist they ain’t no appointments and the reception staff are rude & stuck up, like calm down you only have to answer the phone and they can’t even do that. IF you’re lucky to get an appointment your ‘doctor’ will google your symptoms on the NHS website to tell you what’s wrong with you.

   This surgery has gone down since Dr Morgan's has gone .Tried three times this week to get an appointment,couldn't get one at my own surgery. I have got to go to Showell Park surgery. Good job I can drive!

   Over the years I always respected this surgery and the team within it back when it was DR Morgan’s and partners. Now I find the surgery especially it’s obnoxious receptionists horrible to attend, trying to get an appointment itself is impossible with the receptionists they have, not all the receptionists are terrible the original receptions who still work there are always a pleasure and same can be said about the original doctors, but sadly this surgery has gone very down hill over time! I will soon be looking for a new surgery, I would have done it long before now if it wasn’t for the good ones and the fact I do not drive! Lastly the nurses are all fantastic they don’t get far enough credit for what they do!

   As most people only leave reviews if they've had a bad service, I just wanted to add a bit of balance to all the 1* reviews on here. Ive been at Bushbury Health centre for years now, always had good service and got to see doctors in a reasonable time (mostly same day). Compared to the previous doctors I was at they are certainly worth the 5 stars!

   Usually you only see the bad reviews but I want to give a big shout out and a thank you to Bushbury health centre. Recently I moved GPs and today it was the 1st day that I need it a Dr. I had a phone consultation 1st, which I didn't have to wait long for them to answer the phone, and then doc asked me to go into the surgery. The doctor that I saw was fantastic, very thorough and did not rush me out of the door, consultation took around 30 min. Absolutely fantastic, couldn't ask for a better service.
