If I could give a zero star rating then I would. Doctors are terrible. They do not have any empathy. You go to an appointment related to something else and they tell you to book a separate appointment. There was no other patient there and they rush you while appointment doesn’t even last 5 minutes. Ridiculous. Do not go to Dr Singh Amardeep!
I would give a zero enough I am not registered with my friend who is disabled and in a wheelchair and in a lot of pain every day as she has a rear Skin condition called HS and since she has been registered for only a couple of months. It took 2 months to sort out who was going to change her dressings. Also they keep trying to decrease her pain relief and have taken some medication off her even though she has been taking for about nearly 20 years and ignore other professionals who treat her condition saying she needs it increased all they keep saying it been passed to pain clinic who are not doing anything. Yet again today we went to see them about her pain relief and yet again they said we can’t do anything but give her paracetamol which she been taking anyway. But what’s making very angry is when I put her repeats in online and they don’t read the comments and then I have to spend hours and days trying to sort it out and then they still don’t do it she has been waiting since last week for her dressings and she has completely run out and it was only done yesterday trying to sort it out and being on hold for nearly 45 mins each time I called in total it took me 90mins yesterday and the prescription was sent last night at 23:00pm that’s what we told today. Also they refuse to put the specialist dressings on her repeat as they cost more money than normal ones and they don’t listen when we complain about their services. I really wish I hadn’t registered her with them as the Surgery is incompetent.
I just joined this Health Center , as I needed to change from Leicester to somewhere close to my home in Wolverhampton. If I could score a 0 I would. It is very unprofessional, rude staff and there is 0 importance given to your welfare or health. I just received a text saying that now all will be total triage online and to see a GP you will need to fill an online form where a GP (although nothing is guaranteeing that a GP will be reading this ) will take 2 days to reply. What is the point of that? I came for a health check - as I'm over 50- beggining of Sept. a nurse took my blood pressure, weight and nothing else. no questions about medication I may be on, no listening to heart or lungs, not even a GP saw me. I was there less than 5 mins and told to jog on with a rude receptionist telling me afterwards that I will need to book my blood test myself. This is probably the worse medical center I have ever seen. I'm changing sharpish. Avoid.
Dr Varinder Bahra was very professional, listened carefully, and explained everything clearly. I felt supported and not rushed.She is a lovely Dr and felt very happyto see her for my appointment. Thanks alot
If I could give a 0 I would. They are useless. Everyone at the reception part is rude as anything and so rude when they are on a call. They withhold important medication from you so you end up withdrawing from them by the time you get your next lot and getting ill every single month. They don't have fast appointments and they don't push to help people. It's just a family business that are in it for money nothing more. Highly recommend going to any other drs in the area.
Very very bad service no one helpful. I been wait there 1and half hours for my appointment but no one call my name and after later the men said to come next week. Very disrespectful and I recommended to change the staff or close this GP. They won't even deserve one star.
My appointment was 14:10 on 18-01-23. I've checked in on the digital check in provided around 2pm..until 2:30pm my name wasn't called were in fact im the only one waiting on the waiting area,so I went into the lady at reception and ask if I'm on the system she said to just wait. Until 2:55 pm my name was called . I dont know if they just tried to ignore me. I was the only one sitting on the waiting area. I was about to rebook my appointment coz I have to collect my kids at 3pm. Then that nurse wasn't nice at all.
I am very disappointed with the services provided by the doctors, my child had a temperature and I was not prescribed anything, I give paracetamol and illubrofem this fast, I give it at home. It's shocking what is happening GP is a waste of time, as is the system of emergency. I don't know why we still have family doctors if everything is treated with paracetamol and ilubrofe. medical staff who were hired for high salaries not to help sick people.just reception staff was ok doctor the are unprofessional
All the staff are just useless,including rude and unprofessional doctors.i had appointments with DR Singh he is good for nothing. I wish to give a 0 star as 1 it is too much for service I am reciving always!!! Can't wait to change this rubish GP and forget all this nightmare .My son have fever and chest infection but doctor not giving him any medicine saying have some honey and lemon.
Doesn't even deserve a 1 star... worst GP practice in Wolverhampton by far. Staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful... Im currently sat in he GP for OVER 1 HOUR for an appointment that was made over the phone. THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS TOO... I'll save my opinions on the DR'S however please join somewhere else. Don't do it to yourselves!
