Takes forever to get a doctor to sign medication even when you phone 3 times to see what going on and its still waiting. Always make you wait for prescription to be done and never get told if anything has been sent over

I ordered my medications Monday morning, on the nhs app, and then called the surgery immediately afterwards to order the controlled drugs I also needed. I was told the request would be with my pharmacy on Thursday, although I do not understand why we have to wait 72hrs instead of the 48hrs the nhs states! Thursday afternoon my pharmacy delivered the controlled drugs, but not all the others I was expecting, despite them actually being ordered a few minutes earlier than the controlled drugs. I assumed the others would arrive today (friday) instead. However here I am about to spend the weekend without the medication that is vital to my physical and mental health once again, as this has happened to me a few times in the past. Looking at the reviews I am not the only person this has happened to this week either. Yet still this practice is advertising that new patients are welcome. This is ridiculous as they cannot take care of the ones they already have. I am going to suffer for not having my medications for a couple of days but at least I am not on medication for cancer, MS or something equally as serious. I really hope they haven't done this to anyone needing that level of medication! I complained to the practice manager last time this happened and will be doing so again on monday as this cannot continue to happen.

Put in a repeat proscription request with Pharmacy on Monday 18th Nov, was advised by pharmacy should be ready by end of the week, today is Friday and still not got my medication so I call the pharmacy to see what is going on only to be told they ordered it on Monday and followed it up on Thursday as not had it back. So I call the surgery to find out what they playing at only to be told they will sign it off in 30 mins, this does not help me as the pharmacy closes at 6pm and if they do not process it straight away, I can’t get my medication till Monday and this will leave me short. This used to be a very good surgery before but lately it has really gone downhill an not sure if it is to do with the front staff as they have all changed or if it is the Doctor. If you need medication I would request 3 weeks in advance as this has happened to me before.

Recently had such a positive experience with one of the doctors at the surgery. Dr Nadia Ahmad is a fantastic GP. She's caring, smart, and listens well. She made me feel comfortable and valued. A real asset to the surgery. I appreciate her extra effort and hope she stays. Thank you, Dr. Ahmad, for your great care!

This surgery is a joke. Need a none urgent appointment and cant get one. Called three times and now have to book with out of hours just to be seen. I have never known a surgery where you can't book appointments in advance for none urgent cases. Staff are rude and have no idea what they are doing most of the time. Don't know what the doc is like as I have never been able to see them.

Long term staff are lovely. Wait times for appointments lately are a little longer and i find it easier to go in and book a appointment than calling. But this doctors surgery have supported me though different medical conditions and i cant thank them enough

Probably the worst doctors I have known, I phone and wait 20 minutes and hear nothing back I go to collect my repeat prescription only for them to have prescribed me something and not tell me, leaving me none the wiser having to battle through the pain because don't want to wait another 30 minutes to be told we'll call you back.... I will never visit the doctor I'll wait to be so sick I call an ambulance or battle the pain...

Ive being coming here as a kid and never had a problem. Until now ive had my 2week old daughter that has thrush on her tounge and not drinking her bottles. I phoned to book her in and there was no doctors on at all. Then i got told by the receptionist to call in the morning for a emergency appointment so i called first thing and got told there is no appointments at all and to go online to book an emergency appointment ive being online and cant see a thing. Absolutely disgusted with this being told just to go to walk in centre. With all the bugs going around i dont want to risk taking a 2week baby to the walk in. Wont be staying at this doctors

My new doctor (Dr U Ahmad) is an extremely polite and helpful practitioner. Who listens and advices accordingly. When making an appointment the phone is always answered immediately in a friendly and professional manner. A great practice and an excellent Doctor who i cannot fault.
