The staff appeared consistently disengaged and unapproachable, creating an unpleasant atmosphere for customers. Their lack of enthusiasm and professionalism affected overall service quality. Improved communication, attentiveness, and a more welcoming attitude would significantly enhance the customer experience and better reflect the standards expected in a customer-facing environment. Especially at this Christmas season. A smile would not hurt!!!!

Staff is being made to work in absurdly hot conditions as the AC has been out and hasn’t been fixed. They’ve been given 2 fans pushing about hot and humid air. They’re always incredibly friendly, prompt, and even still keeping great attitudes. Please value your staff (and customers) enough to make their working conditions safe and comfortable. (My opinions, not theirs)

This Starbucks needs some training, please. I went here twice. The first time I asked for matcha latte, they give mocha latte. The second time I used mobile order for cold form cappuccino and this what got, I am not sure if match Starbucks standards. But for me, this is not a cup of cappuccino, this is just a cup of white stuff. Please find some who can make coffee at least. Both of times, no apologies.

Once again Starbucks has disappointed. Service was poor, cutlery was wooden, stickers on every item with my name on it ( in case they forget who it's for ) Surely for one of the more expensive coffee shops, saucers, proper cutlery, and a tray for my purchase rather than one item at a time with a sticker on it isn't too much to ask. Very poor !

The new manager here is awful. I’ve been in several times and each time she has been rude with customers and even worse with staff, on one occasion I heard her shouting at a staff member behind the door, on another she was bad mouthing another colleague to a girl on the till who looked so uncomfortable. She doesn’t know how to make drinks and does clearly not care about her staff. I feel sorry for them. Don’t even want to go in there when I see her as I know I’ll get awful service and see her berate and mistreat her staff.

The food was cold by the time I got my coffee, the coffee was very bitter not like other Starbucks stores, I definitely would not recommend, also no-one was cleaning the tables some of them were filthy. There was no breakfast tea my wife had to take a mint tea.

I visited the Starbucks quite often as I am addicted to coffee, and found Starbucks much cost effective then any other brands like Costa or cafe nero, personal choice though. I visited the Starbucks in Victoria square Mall in Belfast and found it like any other Starbucks nothing unique or unusual.

This is the slowest Starbucks that I've ever been in. Consistently mass I've queue of drinks waiting to be made, orders not being fulfilled in any sensible time. While it's clear that this is the store that they use to train the new staff, it would be good to occasionally put some experienced staff on to at least keep the orders moving. Out of stock items are also not indicated on the digital board. So you queue up, and don't get what you want anyway.
