Mark was absolutely amazing. When my restrictor got lost in the mail he sent another out next day delivery so I still could ride in time. Absolutely amazing service doesn’t even cover it!

Had a bike which I had lost restrictor paper work for gave the company an email, to ask for a new ser of paperwork. Mark Pointon replied with the fact saying they was only holiday, as soon as they had arrived back off holiday I had received a copy of paper work to get signed again. So just want to say amazing company the restrictor are good quality and if you ever need spare paper work don't be afraid to email them about it.
Emailed for onfo and guidance with regards to a restrictor kit for my daughters ER6F, and was expecting the usual "big company nonsense email" that tells you nothing. How wrong was I. Got a call from Mark the following day and he could not have been more helpful, explained absolutely everything. Needless to say I have placed the order. That ladies and gentlemen is how customer service should be done!!!

Brilliant company! After calling and emailing several companies in regards to a restrictor kit for a Kawasaki GT750, Kickstart Engineering (A2 restrictors) were the only company who was willing to help. All of the other companies I had contacted (including Kawasaki dealers) said it wouldn't be possible because the bike was too big, too old or simply that I wouldn't be able to find a kit for it. After speaking with Mark Pointon he told me they'd check their existing products or if the had nothing suitable the would fabricate the product for me. It's incredibly rare to find a company that would go above and beyond to help, and fortunately this is one of them. Mark was quick to respond to every email and was also more than happy to answer any of my queries in regards to the product. Thanks again, Tom.
