   Failed end of tenancy checkout - deposit lost. Booked Jingle Clean for an end of tenancy clean, the clean didn't pass the checkout report and we could see from the checkout photos the places they had missed. We had to pay the same again in fees to the landlord to cover the cost. We asked Jingle Clean for a refund, but communication about the issue has been poor and unclear, and now Jingle has gone completely silent. I am very disappointed by this service, especially at such a stressful time during a house move. Avoid if you want your deposit back - this service is sub-par and unprofessional.
