   Cleaning of sofa footstool due to pet urine: Arrived on time, very competitive pricing vs other local companies, work carried out as promised and workman was very polite, clean and respectful. Used professional chemicals to neutralise odours which was what I had requested. Only downside is he broke my kitchen tap in the process (slightly frustrating)!

   Absolutely thrilled with the cleaning service from Go For Cleaning Services! We recently needed a professional clean for an oven and extractor hood at a property that we rented , and after a few great experiences with them, we decided to call them again — and they didn’t disappoint. Vanya, the lovely lady who came to clean, was incredibly friendly, professional, and dedicated. She worked tirelessly for over two hours, using specialist products to make everything look brand new. The oven now looks spotless, and the extractor is sparkling — truly impressive work! Vanya went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The manager’s communication was exceptional – they were quick to respond, transparent about pricing, and incredibly accommodating to my schedule.    Booked "after builders" service 2 cleaners for 3 hours, they did a terrible job. Not only they didn't complete the job, they cleaned my house badly, I had to tell them to mop my floors even when they insisted they did it and there were big dust marks on my floors. On top of that 1 of the cleaners upon approaching me kept complaining about the job and how it was impossible to do. Shame as I booked this company before and 1 lady did everything by herself in 5 hours. The owner of the company refused a refund or to send someone to actually carry out the job. They cost me £300 just for me to have dust and mop my house again the same afternoon.

   I contracted Go For Cleaning LTD to for a professional upholstery clean of a sofa, armchair, and bed headboard & footboard. They insisted on payment in cash in full in advance, which should have been a red flag, but I decided to go with it anyway. On the day of the cleaning they turned up 1h20min late, and the steam cleaning machine was faulty and damaged my wooden floorboards where it spilled water on them. It was agreed they would come back the following day. The next day they were 2h 30 min late, and proceeded to clean the furniture and bed. When cleaning the bed the technician stepped on one of the bed slats and broke it. The technician provided some money out of his own pocket for replace the bedslat, though I had to carry out all the research/ordering myself to find this, and the bed is unusable for a number of days while I wait for this to arrive. After the steam cleaning of the furniture and bed was complete, the technician applied some new wax to the floorboards where they had been damaged. However, the bed headboard was still stained, and all the minor stains on the furniture were still present after drying; the cleaning itself had achieved nothing. Go For Cleaning LTD say not all stains are removable, but they did not remove ANY stains at all (of any type or size), and they did not carry out any pre-treatment of the stains which they say they do. I would strongly NOT recommend Go For Cleaning LTD, given the complete failure to clean the stains, the multiple damages to my property and the combined 3h 50 min lateness over both days. Photos attached of floorboard damage, bedslat damage, and the type of stains still remaining after the clean.

   I booked an end of tenancy clean quite late in the day. They were able to accommodate well, and flexible when things changed on the day so I couldn’t be there. The cleaners did a very thorough job, the management were responsive, and it was all good value. I’d definitely book again. Thanks!
