   From my first call to Posh Cleaning ltd, I felt treated with respect and care. Truly felt valued as a potential new customer. The prices were also reasonable (end-of-lease-clean, average fees or slightly less) - and they were able to meet the date I needed for the clean -- in quite a short time frame (other cleaners were not as accommodating re scheduling, and also sounded 'wishy-washy' on what they offered, esp as I needed windows in-and-out cleaned and a guarantee to remedy anything if an issue with landlord). But there was no need as Posh Cleaners was super clear about what they offered, and how much it costs. Superb at customer service and communication -- really good communication about the job and the timing. The end-of-lease cleaning service itself was STELLAR. Landlord was super impressed! Communication was great all along -- would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. The phone scheduler was very thorough and friendly; the cleaners they sent were brilliant and skilled. Windows super clean! Very very thorough and such great attitudes. Very cooperative. Covid-safety minded. Thank you. (End of lease cleaning is not inexpensive -- they need to do such a thorough job, but extremely worthwhile and good value for money). They did an amazing job 'on the clean. Everything was spotless. While I reckon the end result may vary from team to team - I think they train their teams well on this type of end-of-lease cleaning job. I'll definitely continue to use them as they were heads and shoulders above the other four cleaners I rang up first, to enquire about an end-of-lease clean - but was good to have the contrast as the others seemed 'lacking' and overpriced; Fantastic Cleaners was reasonable and smoothly run, so I do highly recommend them

   Very dependable company services. I would definitely recommend them, they’re reliable! The cleaning crew was amazing, they took the extra time to make sure everything was perfectly clean. They’re also very careful with furniture, rugs, floors, windows etc. while getting them clean. They did an amazing job and i will take advantage of their professional services again. Thank you Posh cleaning for making my home like brand new, clean and cozy !
