   AVOID!! Phoned up to get an estimate on a simple repair and to arrange to come down on a suitable day. The man was uninterested and rude from the start, when I arranged the date and time to come down, he didn’t say anything else and he put the phone down. I phoned back and said I think we got cut off and he said no we didn’t he’d just ended the call and said well the conversation was finished anyway so nothing more to be said! Didn’t say thank you or bye so told him not to bother. Worse attitude ever and terrible customer service.

   I got a puncture when out working in Beeston, I called them and they fit me in straight away and repaired the puncture for a really good price. I was really pleased, what could have been a very stressful situation was made no issue with their help.

   These guys replaced a catalytic conveyor in the exhaust for me. The new cat was slightly too long (parts supply error and my fault for not measuring precisely) but they cut and welded it to fit and did a good job. When I picked up the car the exhaust looked like it was hanging down under the car. They patiently explained and showed me that the (non standard) exhaust didn't fit properly, and had been in contact with the suspension arm (visible dent and scratches). When they bent the mounts to clear the suspension it hung down, as it didn't fit in the first place before they were involved. They heated and bent the exhaust and mounts and fixed it though, for no extra charge, despite the original problem being Kam supplying and fitting the incorrect exhaust, and badly too. Yes, the owner is a little gruff (other reviewers seem quite upset by this), but they did a good job and I'll go back. I've docked one star as I noticed the bad fit myself and it required another visit for them to fix it rather than it being pointed out by Car Doctors, but I'm hesitant as overall it's a good job.

   I had a flat tyre and managed to make it to Car Doctors, while the tyre still had some air remaining. The guys were professional and attended to my vehicle immediately, changing my tyre in little more than 10 minutes. Really appreciate their help.
