   I got an end of tenancy style clean because because the person renting my house left it in a complete mess. I had a panic attack. Luckily my sister recommended Samuel because her company has used his services before. He came around 7pm didn't leave until 1am or later. I left my keys with him as I'm working nights. He returned my key, sent a video and that was impressive, then actually seeing the flat before and after with my own eyes blew me out of the water. It was almost like I didn't rent it at all. Spick and Span 5 stars indeed.

   Put in a very last-minute request for a move-out clean and had a response out-of-office- hours the same day which was a great starting point. Flexible approach to agree a clean on the day of completing on a sale. To accommodate completion time, the company offered to be there st 6am. And they were...On time and ready to work on a dark October morning! Went above and beyond to meet our needs in terms of vacating our property. Great communication throughout. Professional and well-organised team, all grafting to meet the deadline and exceeded our expectations. Topped off by great customer service and friendly and warm interactions.
