I found this company very efficient and responsive. They sent an excellent cleaner who arrived promptly and did a very thorough job on my kitchen and bathroom. Very good to be able to book someone for a Saturday too. Very good local firm.

Not just a quick surface clean—every corner, every hidden spot, even the little things I would never think to check were spotless. My home honestly feels like a show home right now. The air feels fresher, my space looks brighter, and it’s one of those rare times you get more than you pay for. Thank you for the cleaning but the messages we’ve received is unnecessary, inappropriate and frankly very disappointing for a company that claims to be professional with 20 years in the industry as you continuously keep mentioning. The customer service we have received is frankly appalling and absolutely unheard of. From aggressive and passive language to a lack of clarity and manners as well as proper spelling and grammar, this has been by far the WORST experience we’ve had from anyone. Unfortunately this is not the first shocking and rude message we’ve received from this company when enquiring about their fees and services. Their handler Ivan started out decently mannered before moving to unprofessional and defensive behaviour. Not only did they fail to properly and professional confirm and communicate with customers but their defensive tactics are questionable to the authenticity and integrity of the company as a whole. Basic information such as price and hours were provided at first but after further enquiry, a lot of information went unknown or were over complicated leading to a lot of misunderstandings that they never acknowledged. I cannot speak on the overall cleaning and cleaners as they have no part in the disappointment that we have experienced with Beck and Call cleaning company.

I used Beck and Call in November 2022 and they did a fantastic job. They did an end of tenancy clean on my one bedroom flat to a very high standard. Communication was very good, they turned up on time and the price was very reasonable.
The sofa clean was excellent and was a much better result than I had expected, they look new. The communication throughout was clear and very timely and the service on the day was great. I would recommend.
